Fast forward to second day.

Had a good night sleep. Woke up around 10 something in the morning.

(Okay, by now you should know this is really about food again.)
Dont complain la, food is great, especially u ate something extremely good.

Award - Best Restaurant in Singapore
There were 3 branches of Din Tai Fung at Singapore, we went to the Din Tai Fung at Junction 8 (Shopping Complex), Bishan. Very near to Caker’s House.

Business Hour
At Din Tai Fung, they made you take a number and wait for your turn. Because it was lunch hour, Din Tai Fung was full house.
We waited for about 30mins to get our table. Placed our order and waited another 10mins for the food.

Noodle with minced pork

Pork Chop with Fried Rice. The fried rice was delicious. FYI, fried rice must not use freshly cooked rice but overnight rice which you kept in fridge overnight.

Noodle Soup with pork chop

Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Pork Dumpling)
Xiao Long Bao taste very good. It was so fresh that the chef delivered the Xiao Long Bao to us himself.
At the back of the paper that wrap the chopstick, taught you how to eat Xiao Long Bao.

Steamed Chinese Style Layer Cake

Oh, they gave free chinese tea.
Total cash out for this lunch = SGD 40 something.
Average price for a lunch.. Worth a try. :p
After lunch, caker brought us to Esplanade, famously known as biggest durian in the world.
I know this is a place where local people wont go, but we are ‘tourist’!

Gosh, my arm .. so fat !
But no regret going there, it was a beautiful place. We walked around, take pictures, went to roof top.

Taken at ground floor.

Taken at roof top.

Hazy Hor? Did you see merlion over there?

Off coz i was not as close as him to the merlion. Jason was there too at the same day but different time.
Check out the nice photo taken at Esplanade, edited by my man.
Now, at least i went to Esplanade. Hehe.
